Anonymous asked: once someone sends something to someone else (i.e., a picture) it legally becomes their property. sooo, submitting it to is anyone up is 100% legal. that is how the site is still up and running. that is why he isnt sued. that is why there are hundreds of people there. its all completely and fully legal. i guess she'll just have to wait and see if that anon is lying or not.
